Our investors can anticipate a net yield of 35-70% annually, along with a guaranteed preferred return of 10% per year before profit sharing. Profits are equally split, with 50% going to investors as dividends, and the other 50% allocated to the African developers as carried interest.
Exit
We ensure a fast and secure exit by reselling land at 80% of market value, allowing for rapid turnover and reinvestment.
To make land ownership more accessible, we offer flexible payment plans of 6 to 9 months, tailored for both the local population and diaspora.
